For more than three decades, Bob Holt has devoted his leadership skills to business which has become of paramount importance in the UK and overseas. He is continuously recognized for the huge difference he makes to businesses and individuals throughout the world.

Within his chairmanships and directorships, Bob continues to lead businesses to extraordinary positions, overseeing each stage of growth.  He is dominant as a key decision maker and ensures that providing opportunities for others, lies at the root of his every commitment.

Bob has more recently been pursuing leadership discussions with SME’s and mature businesses as well as mentoring individuals in order to create growth opportunities. His most recent appointment as Chairman of Cosgrove & Drew, will help to drive the company’s growth plan by creating an impressive expansion programme.

Cosgrove & Drew is a mechanical engineering specialist business which was founded by Luke Drew and Zac Cosgrove in 2014. The company has already grown impressively over the past eight years to become an award-winning, £5m business with over eighty engineers. Although an impressive young history, Bob Holt’s commitment will drive the company forward with a principle focus on expansion. He has said that the opportunity is vast and is looking to help double the business over the coming two years.
