Following his most recent success; in completely turning around Sureserve PLC which was, at the time of Bob’s arrival, the Lakehouse maintenance business. It was struggling with serious losses but during the time Bob was there, he oversaw a 125% recovery in Sureserve’s share price. When Bob joined five years ago, there was a bank debt of £47m.
Since then he returned the company to sustained profitability, made strategic disposals to result in a highly successful and well-focussed group. This year Sureserve presented a pre-tax profit of £7.8m despite the COVID19 impact. Bob completely transformed the business.
There have been many more equally successful leadership related roles that Bob has played using his key skills and knowledge. In the world of UK business, Bob Holt is renowned for bringing results that bear exciting futures for those willing to develop and grow. It takes trust and belief – two key factors.
Throughout the past eighteen months Bob has trounced one of the worst global pandemics in history and his undying, positive attitude, both in his business world and his philanthropic ventures, has been infectious!
