LUXURY VILLA – GOLF COURSE – ALMERIA
Villa Seis is located on the frontline of Val del Este Golf Resort in Vera, Almeria, Spain.
Vera is a municipality of Almeria province in the autonomous community of Andalucia. It is one of the most important commercial centres in the region and the municipality extends to the sea shore. Here, the beach; Playa Vera, which is approximately the same latitude as the most northerly parts of Africa, runs north-south for 7 kms, from south of Villaricos on to Puerto Rey and Garrucha.
Playa Vera offers good facilities including bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Although public transport facilities are easily adequate, it is possible to walk north from Playa Vera to the small harbour village of Villaricos or south to the larger fishing town of Garrucha which has excellent facilities and dining options.
Vera enjoys a perfect all-year round Mediterranean climate as does the entire Costa Almeria.
In this sub-tropical environment, temperatures rarely fall below 18˚C. During the summer months the temperature rises above 30˚C and in July and August it can become much warmer, dropping again around mid-September to a milder but still warm and enjoyable 23˚-27˚C. The winters are mild and mostly dry.
The resort of Val del Este is well-situated at just 9 minutes’ drive from the Autopista del Mediterráneo. It offers a luxury hotel which hosts a fitness club and spa treatment centre, an 18 hole golf course, golf club, pro shop, driving range and practise putting area. The resort’s commercial centre, with its bars, restaurants and shops is within walking distance from the villa and the resort’s beach club is situated just over 5 minutes’ drive away at Playa Vera.
Villa Seis has recently been completed as a modern 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom luxury residence with spectacular golf and mountain views. The workmanship of the build and interiors is of the highest architectural standards.
The villa’s outdoor spaces have also been carefully designed to create the luxury of tranquil privacy. At one end of the terrace, there is a relaxing seating area, providing the opportunity to embrace the glorious vistas.
The excellence of the architecture extends to the villa’s private 9 x 3 metre infinity pool with special upgraded tiling which creates a seductive, glistering light.
Inside this exquisite villa, there is a true feeling of luxury living. Upon entering, you will first notice the abundance of natural light. Enabling an even greater light, are the unusually high ceilings and interior doors. Clearly this architect was intent in creating a bright and airy mood throughout the living areas.
Luxury interiors and attention to detail are obvious throughout the entire property with extensive attention to quality being expressed in the kitchen and bathrooms which feature all Porcelanosa finishes and high-rating appliances. Siemens appliances are partly rated so for their emphasis on noise reduction and their intelligent cooking and cleaning appliances are designed to help save energy and water. These include an integrated fridge/freezer, two ovens, a dishwasher and a pop-up extraction system incorporated into the induction hob. The laundry area is cleverly invisible by a hidden door. An added stroke of exclusivity and distinction appears in the en-suite bathroom as it shows off bespoke ceramic tiles, crafted from a single sheet by Porcelanosa.
The villa is equipped with electric shutters and is also pre-wired for an interior electric blind system. It also features a 200 litre hot water heat pump to ensure a continuous hot water supply whilst minimizing energy consumption.

The municipality of Mojácar, bordering the Mediterranean sea is a 25 minute drive from Val del Este resort and comprises a traditional white, elevated, mountain village and a beautiful beach resort, namely Playa Mojácar. It has been populated since the Bronze Age around 2000BC and therefore has a very rich and interesting history and culture. The village is often described as one of the most beautiful villages in Spain.
Mojácar hosts some of Spain’s most important festivals such as Easter’s procession of Jesús Nazareno, Encuentro and Cristo Yaciente. San Agustin – the patron saint of Mojácar when the festival falls in August. There is also the Romeria de San Isidro in May and the bonfires of Saint John the ‘San Juan Hogueras’ in June. La Virgen del Rosario is the female patron saint of Mojácar and the festival takes place in October. The Fiesta de Moros y Cristianos is celebrated on the closest weekend to June 10th.
The fine, golden sand beaches of Mojácar of which there are 11 in total and 3 of those are Blue Flag awarded, are amazing and the shoreline measures some 17km long from Garrucha out towards Carboneras and once past Mojácar beach, there is a preserved rural zone with its own secret beaches.
Watersports are enjoyed off many of the beaches including canoeing, sailing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, snorkelling and wake boarding.
It would be easy to be persuaded to eat and drink all day long, with the extensive range of seafront restaurants, tapas bars and chiringuitos where cuisines include international dishes, Italian, French, Chinese and Indian.
There are many shops in Mojácar and an array of wonderful, night life options as well as a great deal of outdoor activities available including horse riding, a sports centre, gym, golf, lawn bowling, walking trails and more.
