GRAHAM BARTLETT, AUTHOR & POLICE ADVISOR – WORKING IN PARTNERSHIP WITH STEPHANIE ST JAMES PR
Graham Bartlett, was a Sussex police officer for thirty years, a senior detective, Detective Superintendent for Public Protection before achieving his life’s ambition as Chief Superintendent to become the Police Commander for one of the UK’s most famous and infamous cities, Brighton and Hove. He has been incredibly humble about his recent collaboration with UK number one best- selling author, Peter James.
“Getting to know Graham was not only one of my fondest memories when working on some campaigns in Brighton & Hove but was my gateway to getting what I needed in order to support the community and succeed in making a difference.
Graham is incredibly helpful in those cases. I am absolutely thrilled to be working with him again on a campaign that will ensure our leisure time is properly spent!” said Stephanie St James. The campaign will highlight the essential work Graham does that runs behind crime based fictional publications, TV series, books and films.
Always important, research makes a story intense – intensely believable or intensely unbelievable. Whether it’s TV drama, book or film, any fiction must be based on reliably great research. As soon as there is the slightest hint of doubt, the story becomes weak and quickly disappointing.
Alongside his team of experts, Graham is lead advisor on all policing topics, especially crime investigation and homicide, offender management, domestic violence, safeguarding children and adults, firearms and public order.
